I began my career as a Speech Language Pathologist in September 2001, under an Emergency Certification, working for the Monmouth-Ocean Educational Services Commission. My caseload consisted of students from Grade K thru Grade 9, in both public and private school settings. Upon graduation from Kean University in 2007, I accepted a Speech Language Specialist position in the Upper Township School District mainly servicing students in their Middle School. Beginning the 2010-2011 school year, my services were shared with the Ocean City School District. In 2012 I was hired to work full-time in the Ocean City School District, providing Speech and Language Services to students in all three schools. Today I continue to provide Speech and Language Services to students in all three Ocean City Schools.

I grew up in Linwood, NJ and graduated from Mainland Regional High School. My home is in Manahawkin, NJ. I followed a non-traditional route to obtain my degree in Speech Language Pathology, by attending college part-time, while working full-time and raising a family. I received my Masters Degree from Kean University in 2007. Hobbies that I enjoy include: reading, craft shows, and taking courses to further my education in areas that benefit the students I work with.
